The vision of CAPS is to provide exemplary before and after school experiences that will enhance each student's academic, social, emotional and physical development. Programs include a daily snack, homework time, and academic/recreational/enrichment activities.

Victor Community Support Services.  A community-based focused agency which delivers mental health and family support services.

Provides 24-hour crisis intervention shelter, transitional housing, outreach services, legal services, information, education, and awareness to family violence victims to STOP the Cycle of Abuse.
